"Shopping Trip" rescored by Pablo Vargas - IFMC 24 - Original film by Barry Wilkinson

Rescored version of the animated short film "Shopping Trip" by Barry Wilkinson for the Indie Film Music Contest 2024.
I created all the background sound and music for this animated film. The idea was to create a mysterious yet nostalgic ambience, blending tension as the protagonist walks outdoors with a sense of how things were before everything changed. The instrumentation crescendos to the foreground, and along with the incidental sounds, creates an immersive experience for the spectator.
This theme is titled "Remanentes" (Remnants)

Me siento mal por el protagonista, su vida se ve rutinaria y monótona, lo peor es que cerca del fina, al pasar por la casa de la persona en la ventna él duda, tal vez la persona en la ventana sea alguien del interés del protagonista (no necesariamente de forma romántica), pero él no se atreve a salir de su zona de confort y la rutina continúa :(
