That’s a great question. If you intend to smoke often, get the master touch premium with the diffuser plate. Otherwise, this grill can handle some light smoking just fine
I dont wnat to use charcoal, but want use wood for grilling in this.l Is that possible and do you recommend? I want grill Lamb chops. And how long does it takes to grill it well. I just a video that said you can use wood pieces in this exact grill. thanks
