He should retire. The Jon Jones loss was always the main focus of his. Rather than accepting it as a loss and trying to improve, he was pushing that he won and it was the wrong decision which stopped pretty much all growth. The UFC at its current pace constantly changes and adapts to fighters and their styles and it’s much easier to do so with fighters who are one dimensional like Dominick I.e (striker only) . This was his downfall. I think he can still make a solid comeback but will need two years off to heal that brain after all those knockouts he dealt with. Two years of low impact training and away from fights should be enough to bring him back to a tune up fight and then go from there but it will be very hard in that division.

The Jiri knockout was what ruined his chin. Sadly he's barely a gate keeper, losing to the top 5 in the division is understandable but losing to a literal tune up by KO means you're finished as far as title runs go.
