So sad to hear about your loss Rodney and now that you are unwell. Life is too short and precious. And while being able to watch is in itself a blessing, many of us that do have our health need to just get out there and embrace life to its fullest for tomorrow is not promised.
My sympathies to you for the loss of your love, my commiseration at being sick, I can empathise as I’m also sick and I also get enjoyment from folks like Tyler and Dobbie and others like them who’ve grabbed life and run with it. If you’ll take a minor suggestion from a long term very disabled arsehole (me) make your days as pain free as possible, surround yourself with good loving people, and even if your not well enough to see them. Never loose them from your mind or your heart.

God is so good... something was going around that made several people I know stay sick for months (including me). When I was watching your videos and you were explaining you have no energy... that's exactly what I've been going though and I know more who are still going through it. But I see your on the mend and just recently I'm starting to feel good too. This was by the Grace of God.

for the tic's not sure what you use, but a great tool is a tictwister if you dont already have one, they work great. we have a dog daycare and we've used them for years:)

beautiful place you have. When you plant your vegetable garden, make sure you put a fence up around the perimeter so the deer don't get at the plants. Some people use stakes and chicken wire. Glad to see you and Dobby are doing well. What a great life you're making.

Hello Tyler. Just wanted to let you know you need to put your TP in some kind of sealable container of the mice will shred it. U can use an old coffee can or something similar.

You may know this already but lavender helps keep mosquitoes away. May be worth planting some wild lavender around the areas you want to sit and enjoy. 🌱

I find it hard to believe that you could possibly be winded or out of shape. You're a boss. That's amazing all of the stuff you have hauled in and the stone that you have moved around. I’ve only ever worked in physically demanding jobs so I think most of the time I find it’s my comfort zone. I’m an athlete at heart so I kinda need that physical challenge with a visual reward at the end of it if that makes any sense. In hockey, you have a scoreboard or a stats sheet to look at during or after the game. I kind of approach this the same haha. How Canadian of me eh haha

I've watched your channel from the beginning of your home journey. Wishing I was young again, your so making your future happen. Its takes time and patience, step by step. It's looking great! Time to buy an ATV for transportation up and down that long road.
The trails were probably used for logging.
If I were to start life over again, I would do exactly what you are doing!

Me too! I’ve never had a garden or apples or really anything sooo it’s all new to me. One day at a time. I started with seeds and it’s pretty wild to see them grow… lots of mistakes but that’s okay. Onions, radishes, turnips, chives, broccoli, zucchini are all coming in nicely now. I’m about to transplant the zucchini shortly :)

Your property, cabin and amenities are looking fantastic. Love the workout equipment and terrain and, of course, the toilet and shower facilities. The dead end path into the forest maybe an old game trail. Keep on working and checking Dobby for ticks🌲💚
