I'd argue both, simply because of what she embodies. Similarly, nicknaming Melinoë as "Trouble" is kinda cute but also has the vibe that, until more is revealed, does make me understand why Mel believes her to be conspiring with Chronos despite always flipping back and forth to the Crossroads but not really showing/giving signs that she's actually feeding him information.
@@Hermi0Taurus She's pretty clear about her fights with Melinoe being something she does for thrills. Icarus mentions that Eris often followed Melinoe around back when he was at the Crossroads and was surprised to see her fly to the shore. When Melinoe shows up on the boat he's even like "ah, same as always then." Eris mentions Melinoe is the only one who pays attention/tries to be nice to her. Strife Incarnate, therefore, is showing "affection" the only way she knows how - by being a pest and "having fun" on the beach beating Melinoe up. Even Chronos says he has no affiliation with her.
You take % more damage. And % increases with every new combat encounter. It basically forces you to die. Eris will debuff you if you are doing too well at the game to try to get you killed. The game wants you to die so you can go back to the start to progress the plot further with more dialogue, get new abilities and powers, and see more things.
She's the irresponsible troublemaker to our responsible duty follower. She's the Zagreus to our Meg.
Yep! And Moros is Thanatos!
Not sure if she means "babe" as a term of endearment or as a condescension .
it's working no matter
Both both is good

Both work since out of context it's just as chaotic @@Hermi0Taurus

What is troll if not bringer of strife
Melinoë sounds so much like Hades at times, it's hilarious. 🤣
I’m surprised by the lack of Golden Apples.
Yeah you have to kick her ass to get 1
0:46 "come on, babe"
i think i hauve covid
If Zagreus has Meg, then surely Melinöe has Eris!
She’s perfect
the only times Mel's voice acting gets a sliver of emotion are when she's talking to Eris.
What is the thing that Eris litter/throw away at the crossroad? Leaves?
It's called rubbish in inventory and it looks like food/candy wrappers. Kind of hilarious there's a huge pile under her beach umbrella in the rift
Apparently from some dialogue it’s cyclops jerky wrappers, dunno who manufactures and packages the stuff but apparently Eris found a whole lot of it
The return if mall girl eris. Wit avengeance.
What does this 'blessing of Strife' do exactly?
I don't know how many effects there are but when I got it, it was something negative like enemies dealing more damage to me
@@commandfreak3382 Oooh so it's like random debuffs?
