1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
8 Cloves
½ tsp Asafoetida
½ tsp Black Salt
2 tsp Salt

don't try this recipe the pickle will taste bitter instead squeeze all the lemon then steam the peels and add lemon juice at the end

No need to refrigerate, it can be stored up to a year in an air tight container. Also keep in under sun for a day every month.
How do you use it.then ?? Is it for Tea ?? Or eat in rice... I've never seen anyone use this.
No, it is not for tea. Pickles can be eaten on their own as a snack or served as a side dish with a meal or your preferred choice of bread.
