I was around a Euclid TC12 a little bit on a road job from Nome to Teller in north western Alaska back in the summer of 1964. They were impressive dirt moving machines when they were working correctly. Frank Smith, who developed the TowHaul heavy equipment moving tractors and low boy trailers is my cousin through my father's mother's side of the family. Frank Smith was sort of forced to move out of BC Canada and into Montana because of all the government regulations in Canada. Frank was also a good singer/guitar player. He started the Smith Music Ranch close to Livingston, Montana near Bozeman, Montana.

Still can't last as long as the Detroit Diesel. 2 strokes will always last longer.
