When opening an adult daycare in New York are you required to join in New York State adult daycare association? It appears that we are being directed to that agency but we get very little response. Let me add. It appears that if you don’t join you won’t get license this is true.

Franchise would be great, until I seen that my net worth has to be $500,000. So I have to be rich to open an ADC, according to your website?
@@InspirationsByMrs.Sunshine-e8m To open an ActivAge, most people will have to invest approximately $1M. This is primarily due to the size of the space and the cost of construction. However, you could probably start your own for $125k - $200k. In that case you may have to start in a smaller space. If you don’t have the liquidity to fund it yourself which most people may not then they’ll have to bring on partners or get a loan to help fund the start up cost of an adult day center.
@@KrisChana yes I agree. That 500,000 can really discourage ppl if they do not do their research. I have no choice but to start small because I wasn't born rich nor do I have that kind of money, but it does not mean I cannot start somewhere. Thanks Kris.
