Yeah it's a valid point
Flying school doesn't matter in getting job. At the last you will get the same license. They are asking because they are curious about it and they just want to know that from where you did your training.
@@amallick433 Yeah! Actually that also can be the point…but ig if you’re applying for a Cpl holder vacancy(non-type rated) then they would anytime prefer Good flying School students over normal flying clubs…ig such as CAA, GATI, IGRUA

The eligibility requirement is that you must have passed 12th class with maths and physics. (Students who don't have maths or physics must complete them from open school, NIOS.)
My son want to become pilot we trying for loan but in cadet programe does company give Conforme job??
They gives a LOI (later of intend). Which means you got the job before your training. But it doesn't mean that you will fly for the airline just after completing you training. Whenever vacancy comes cadet pilots also have to clear airline exams.

It depend on merit list
