That long pit stop happened to me as well in the same race. The new engineer said they had trouble getting my right rear wheel off. I think it might be scripted to happen. I used flashback to redo the stop like 6 times and it happened every time :(
I don't think its scripted but the game probably rolls the chance that your pit stop has an error before the race starts, hence you can't use flashback to change it. Then again, I guess I'll see when I get my copy later today.
yea probably works the same way as dnfs and spins. Calculated before the race because if you restart sessions any dnfs or full throttle spins that happen will always happen. Pit Stops are probably the same.
you gotta upgrade the pitstop facilites otherwise the team will keep messing it up, I learned it the hard way too 😂

I spun twice at Imola and I was in P7. Charles & Max had both DNFed the sprint so they were last in the race.
The funny thing is Tsunoda, Mick, Alonso & KMAG had all spun in the race as well😭

I am so struggling on this game with traction and just losing the car in high speeds. You make it look insanely easy, I just can't get to grips with this one and it's frustrating.
Tbf he's both the reigning, back to back esports champion and used to race open wheelers with not a lot of aero in real life, so traction is a lot easier for him. Just keep practicing, you'll get ti
I find that you can go faster in the slow corners now and not quite as much grip in the medium speed corners. Also car will just snap and spin with no warning sometimes

Yes. You have to use two different tire compounds. Albon in Australia is a good example of this. He was forced to pit last lap

Did you do quick practice? I think there is a bug where it wears down you're component far too quickly but I'm not sure. It was a thing in the previous game before they patched it I'm pretty sure
