They used barges for the construction project so I'd imagine that you could use the same method for large items. The local town is "lake oriented" so you can even get pizza delivered on the water! The builder dropped power and data cables on the lake bottom so all utilities are available. Has is propane.
It went from $29 million to $55 million and heard it cost over $79 million to build.. Big Jump's in Price and if its even $55 million that's a loss of over $24 million of the building cost. Love to own it !!!
