- Adding Color to Music by borrowing chords from other modes in music. This is a two part series, the second video covers using secondary dominants to add colour to music.. Couple of mistakes in the video which I didn't spot in the edit Apologies (will do better in future):
2:54 - It is "Africa by Toto" not "Toto by Africa" (thanks for highlighting)
4:05 - Should be "Lydian" not "Dorian"
4:49 - The Chords "C/G & C/E" should be "C"
This is the greatest circle I've ever seen in my life
Thankyou for your comment! I hope to make even greater circles in the future :)
Brilliant - thank you.
Thankyou :)

Hi from colombia , whats the name of the tool You are using to see the modes , it looks very interesting . Great video
Hi, thanks for noticing this was time consuming :). I wrote it myself in javascript using the SVG library to draw the circle of fifths and to highlight the chord along with the table generation. All the slides are generated through a web browser. I would like to make this public domain in the future when it is ready, or to allow an interface through a website to generate the COF diagram.
@@scaledtuna Woow fantastic work . Congratulations
