Elexus Nunez It was more about Nikkie doing warm-toned smokey eye looks all the time - and she literally said she would've used other shades but there are only warm shades in the palette. Producing a palette that looks like 70% of eyeshadow palettes currently on the market is definitely Kylie Cosmetics' decision. If warm tones look better on you I guess you will also own more than one palette by now and do quite a few similar looks. There's nothing wrong with that but I may bore viewers and Nikkie, as a makeup artist, herself at some point.

Finally got my palette in the mail yesterday and had a chance to play with it. I’ve watched a lot of reviews on this palette and can say Nikki’s review here is absolutely the most accurate regarding the palette. Definitely use a glitter glue or something. The fallout is there but so is the pigment. The regular lipsticks are amazing!

TEA WAS SPILLED. But also I feel like not enough people are talking about how she pushed banana themed things and there's no yellow in sight. Not even the palette 😩an absolute missed opportunity. Wish there was more of a connection.
kristinkiely I know but yellows are really hard to create for eyeshadow. And in sure not a lot of people would want a yellow lipstick. But she should have done some more yellow products I agree.
She had a color in the palette similar to the inside of a banana. Also not all bananas are yellow lol. There’s green bananas used to make maduros(spanish plantain dessert) and the inside of a banana is still considered a banana shade 🍌

Alicia Grimes there's no green in the palette or the collection but bananas are green. Google it. It's when they aren't ripe but they are used for cooking. Especially for fried plantains

The colors don't remind me of summer at all. I would expect yellows, blues, watermelon color, and not just reds. The reds are a more fall thing in my opinion.

Well you see yellow isn't the actual banana, it's the banana peel. The banana is more of a cream to beige to brown to dark brown and maybe white.

THIS TEA, I can’t if she takes you off the PR list then she doesn’t like to hear how to make her products better. Her brands flopping and she needs to take peoples advice to better her products, I love Kylie butt I feel like Kylie cosmetics was a phase and it lost its hype. Hopefully she makes a better formula that avoids kickback in the pan. I was expecting BRIGHT colors from the way the her PR looks, I wanted to see a bright yellow, summer colors. It’s not worth the $44, you can get a morphe palette for $23 with the same colors.
