【県内大雨】西部・中部は「線状降水帯」を伴い各地の河川水位も上昇…先週や過去大雨の被災地域は（静岡）

28日 朝から雨が降り続いた静岡県内。気象台は、午前、大雨を降らせる雨雲が停滞する線状降水帯が県西部に発生したと発表。「命に危険が及ぶ」と警戒を呼びかけました。
