YOU DONT NEED ANY TOOLS I REPEAT! I was able to unclip the top clips as easily just like the bottom clips by gently pulling up on the grill and accessing the top clips from UNDER and behind the grill jusy pinch them out with your fingers
Got e90 lci, it’s just a 318d but slowly I’m remaking it to look like m3. Good entry bmw car. Love it so much ❤️
I used a coat hanger for the top ones and it worked. Hope this helps

E90 Facelift, love at first sight.
Good video....direct, to the point and focused on task. So many videos nowadays that roam all over the place...keep up the good work. Just bought a 2011 e92 m3, jet black with 32,000 miles. Fully ceramic coated including windows and wheels. Installed Meisterschaft GT catback exhaust and cf air cleaner cover by Eventuri. Their plenum is backordered till November.... Cheers 🍻 Oh, and it has the Competition Package too 😁

Are these the same fit as the stock grill in terms of the gap between the hood and top of the grill or is there a bigger more flimsy gap between them after installation like the ones that are sold on Amazon ??
Good luck to those who managed it i gave up after 20mns pulled the front bumper not enough room to get my hand in to unclip there looking good in boot for now 😲

What do I do if tabs on the bumper are broken...new bumper?
I used 3m double sided for my old Bmw when the clips broke but I bet they’re extremely hard to take out

You dont need tools for this just ur fingers to pull the tabs and keep the tabs you already pulled from going back in

It’s been five months hopefully you’re still interested lol very good quality and they’re lighter then the stock bmw grill making for a decent weight reduction as well
