We went there yesterday and ordered a Chicken dum Biriyani and they served a stale biriyani which was giving a very foul smell after complaining they served another fresh biriyani and this time the chicken was raw and we found blood inside.🤮We had a horrible experience.
I agree with you that Polo Towers provides better food and service and i personally don’t mind paying for good food and service.

I would say ur experience was worser thn mine.
When I visited Parkline my experience was good. This is the problem with all restaurants and startups, initially they are very good and slowly they start degrading the quality and service and also increase the price, there are many more examples. They need to understand that consistency is important in any business, as a customer we expect the experience to be the same every time we visit.
And for us it was the first and last time 😁

True, they constantly behaved in that manner, but because to their excellent location, their business is doing very well. Even every time I there only when I came Agartala
What you said in the vlog i have also heard about it earlier. But still went to try . Yesterday went to try out buffet menu & to my surpirse i liked the food quite good. The executives of the hotel were very helpful and gentle. I dont know about others but i liked their food enjoyed them very much.

Been there. people should know , recently they have increased their rate, in any buisness being constant is important. As compared the rate they didn't increased their quality of food and quantity which is also important.
Typical Agartala restaurant when there's rush of customers. During Puja, service & food r just disgusting everywhere

@@CupPlate Dada and Didi I went there just a day after the inauguration, the owner was really lovely and he gave us a 50% discount just because we could not eat owing to the rush during the inauguration, I guess you can blame it on the puja. And ofcourse "BILL KORE NEBO" would be the trending topic karon order o ULLASH er tadap hocchilo hoyto.
I have eaten both in PoloTowers and Parkline I can vouch for the latter. No the reviews aren't hyped. Bhalo Kharap sob kicchur ache. I can only say it was a bad day for both you and them.
Overall I love the hotel. But as you said the staffs of the hotel should have to improve their hospitality extensively. Which I felt by seeing it. Though will try out there someday whenever I am there.

Bad to hear about your experience but I went their multiple times and had a good experience actually everytime with food and hospitality, and about the parking except polo towers I don't think any restaurant have seperate parking spot tbh..

This is terrible. None of this would have ever happened in any mediocre restaurant in kolkata. Obviously the staff is not trained in hotel management. This is a sure shot way of going out of business.

We ordered salad and one maincourse curry and repeatedly asked for that, but we never got it. while billing they added that items. Then they found out that they gave our orders to another table. Just horrible.
Omg! But yes u r right. I found them wuite confused with the orders placed. Thts why i said they r totally mismanaged. They need to work on it at the earliest

my cousins had a wedding in the Abhishek restaurant and the groom's family were in parkline. According to them their stay was amazing. I didn't really think that so I went to the hotel and ate some food there and it was utterly disgusting

Their attitude towards customer is too bad 😑 seriously ..in 2021 Durga Puja I was waiting almost 2 hrs for the food.. thn suddenly they came and said.. too much rush..so it will take more time.. so.. immediately I decided never i will visit this idiotic place 😑
