I’ve tried adding it to locals but never seem to use it or it’s not as impactful. Looking to understand better. Also going to tryout Winged Kuriboh in locals this week! Thanks again!
It's useful for when you summon DPE with poly but also have a fusion destiny or end up drawing a second fusion destiny. My most effective use of it so far has been summoning him with Favorite Contact. There are times where your backrow gets targeted before theres useful destruction targets available for Shining Wingman or strange scenarios where you have Favorite Contact but dont have the materials available for Shining Wingman. If Sunrise is on the field or you have Honest in hand, Dystopia can destroy. You can also place the two banished malicious back to the bottom of your deck for some massive utility next turn.
I can see a case for not using Blast since returning spell/trap to hand doesnt always pop up, but I prefer to always use Blast. I have dodged imperm and effect veiler far too many times when the stratos search was absolutely needed to combo.
I'd love to explain this more and better if I had a better way to communicate but you kinda don't mind if stratos gets stopped. I'd rather use mask change if I open Faris to dodge with that. But honestly I haven't used blast in forever and haven't needed it in months. Still solid but just haven't needed it.
1xTTT, 1x Droplet and either the Kuriboh, Mask change. But tbh SP in Heros is not that good. Hero is one of that Decks where Extra Deck is REALLY tight and also where extender can get you through a lot of handtraps. With SP you often lose to 1 Handtrap cause of the Discard (keep in mind you need another discard for faris) so you go minus 3-4 cards in hand in most cases depending on you discard (mist, mali, denier etc)
I really think 1 shadow mist is a mistake .. if you drew him then a hero lives target become only stratos also you will not be able to send him with vyon to get the search effect ..i think foolish burial is good replqcement for emergancy call also
Malicious and denier will always usually be a more optimal discard/mil, even if you draw shadow mist you can keep him in your hand and summon him from hand with wake-up. Two shadowmist in hand is also not ideal. I would rather activate A Hero Lives and have stratos negated than have the shadow mist negated off rip. If the stratos search succeeds ill probably be able to get to wake-up anyway, if shadow mist gets hit then I have to draw mask change with Liquid if Im to impose the LAW
yeah u right, but in the "perfect dream" you can combo with shadow mist in your hand , just dont use it , and u can special summon her with wake up effect as well...
Awesome deck profile. I find your extra deck pretty interesting with the double wake up and no blast or ab zero. It makes sense. Question, do you ever feel like you open too many starters? I tried the recipe and found myself wishing I’d drawn into more non engine. Thanks for the videos as always!
Thanks for the comment. I haven't needed it but it's still good and may play it in the future. I'm going to be uploading all the matches from the tournament and I got nibbed against VV and still won playing through it

It’s also good when your trap gets hit by back row removal preemptively. If you have decimater or sunrise, you can still pop 1.
The Dystopia burn effect is also useful when dealing with time rules

it's a matter of preference for non engine, TTT is very versatile
