Beautiful bag. Love the style. I think all bags from back in the day were made better. Also with inflation, everything is going up in price and quality is going down. Can’t be much different with the materials used for bags. They’re taking the cheap route it seems but increasing the prices. Great review😊

I remember the bag you mentioned with all the compartments. My Mom had one, and I loved playing with it all the accessories that came with it. I believe it was sold thru mail order, it wasn't very fashionable but it was fun.

I really like the Hudson but I’m afraid I’d get sick of the buckle closure. Which actually,that’s what is keeping me from pulling the trigger on the RL Ricky bag. I’ve been obsessed ever since I saw Caleb’s bag, and then I saw a woven one on the saks website and it’s all I can think of now. This bag is really pretty and it’s in great condition🥰 and I’ve heard of the difference in the canvas a lot and it’s always in favor of the older bags.
That is a hard one. I don't know why, but I feel like this ones buckle isn't as bad....but that may be because I am bias. Although, it was cute watching Caleb with his, he definitely wasn't too big of a fan of the buckle on the Ricky. :-)

No, I don't find it heavy. Even full, it isn't bad, I suspect it is due to all the canvas. :-)
