A Jun Thank you so much. Happy to know you liked the video :) You can use the whole egg, however each one used separate have different effects. The Egg Yolk Mask is more moisturizing, anti-aging and helps with acne. The Egg White mask is more tightening, anti-aging and also helps with acne. However the Egg White mask is more drying on the skin. So I usually alternate between the two masks. But depending on your skin type you may like one better than the other that's why usually people use it separate. The best way is to try it out and see what works best for you. I am eating eggs without the yolk often and using it as a face mask with few drops of Rose water really helped nourish my facial skin.
You will never see results like that. Eat the yolk because the yolk is rich in fat and protein. Plump youthful skin is made of protein and fat only.dr berg said that

Most of the benefits are in the yolk. Wasting your time with just eating the whites.
I’ve only been doing this for 3 Days. I can already see noticeable changes. Will be doing this weekly from now on. If we aren’t willing to eat it, we shouldn’t put it on our skin either!

Use only farm fresh eggs! They contain more vitamins and minerals. That is why her mask is so yellow/orange. American store bought egg yolks are pale yellow, not vibrant yellow/orange unless u get farm fresh eggs. I raise chickens for eggs and meat. Farm eggs are the BEST with no comparison.

What different between white egg and yellow egg
Do you mean the outside of the Egg. Like the different types of Eggs types? If that is what you mean I can say that the exterior color of the Egg has to do with the type of chicken that makes the Egg and will not influence on the results of the mask. Any type of Egg works great. I prefer Organic Eggs so it's free of any hormones. And if you meant the difference between Egg White and Egg Yolk I can say that Egg White is for firming and Egg Yolk is more moisturizing. Hope I answered your questions. Ericka, I have a third degree burn scar on my back. I found out that what works best is to make a paste of aloe vera gel and turmeric (health food and good grocery stores should have it). It's not an instant cure, but works over time. Also, helps with any itching. Of course, test for allergies first. I've never heard of anyone being allergic to either, though.

+nakate mastulah This should work for all skin types and skin color. However if you are converned please do a patch test first. A patch test is when you apply the mask only to a small part of your face, usually near the jaw. Apply just a little bit of thr mask. Leave it for 10 mins and wash it. observe the next day to see how your skin feels. Every skin is different that way you will be certain. Let me know if you have any questions. 😀

You are welcome. You can use both but just have to be careful with the order that you use them. The Egg white face mask is the best for firming saggy skin but it can be a little drying so use the Egg white mask first and after you wash it use the Egg yolk mask that is more moisturizing and helps with fine lines. Wash it normally and follow with your regular moisturizer. This works great for me and I also have dry skin. And I'm currently 42. I was 36 years old when I shot this video. Let me know if you have any other questions. Also try my diy turmeric face mask. It's also amazing for both firming and wrinkles.

Hi I've never had this reaction to this mask and I've been using this mask for over 20 years. However this sounds like an allergic reaction. So discontinue use. I always advice people to do a patch test before trying anything new on their faces to make sure there are no allergic reactions. Every skin is different so it is always a good thing to do a patch test on anything new even natural things. Trying on a small area of the face first and wait 24 hours is a good way to see if there are any allergic reactions. To help with your allergic reaction that you are having right now try the Oatmeal Face mask. Oatmeal is very gentle and helps to clear any skin allergies and pimples. Oatmeal is anti allergic so it won't cause allergic reactions and it will help heal and take the redness away. It is very easy to do. Just blend some regular oatmeal on the blender and it will turn into a fine powder. Add a little water to make a paste and apply to the face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off. You can use this daily and you will see results right away. Here is also the video explaining this mask. Hi Sorry for the delay on the reply. I didn't see your message till now. For growing hair fast you can try Amla Oil or Castor Oil. Apply any of these oils to the scalp nightly and wash it off in the morning. Bom Amla oil and Castor Oil help with fast hair growth.

Hi The problem occurs when the skin cannot remove dead skin cells and causes clogged pores. It can be caused by use of pore-clogging skin care products or other factors. I will definitely make a video with more tips, but here are a few things that will help. Honey Mask: Apply raw honey on your kin and leave it on for about 15 minutes and wash it off. You can repeat this everyday till you see the bumps disappearing. Another great option is to simply rub the affected area with soothing natural aloe vera gel and leave it on for the whole night, and wash it off the next morning. You can do this every night till the condition clears up. Also make sure to do a weekly exfoliating regime on your skin to help with cell renewal. Here are the mask links for more info. My daily skin regime is basically what you see on my channel. I just combine DIY masks and Natural face care depending on my skin needs at each time so it changes quite frequently. But I do always use a DIY face mask at least 1x a week, I apply the DIY green tea toner almost daily, I use Olive Oil as a night mask and during the day I sometimes use a gentle moisturizer by Caudalie called Moisturizer sorbet followed by sunscreen. I also exfoliate at least 1x a week with Oatmeal. I use mostly natural DIY natural skincare on my face and just recently I added this Caudalie moisturizer that my boyfriend gave me as a gift. My skin is very sensitive so most things irritate my skin, but this moisturizer is one of the few things that doesn't irritate my skin and doesn't break my out. I talked about it on my monthly favorites. I haven't used any other things from this brand before so I can say I use this brand often. I resorted to use mostly DIY natural skincare because my skin is extra sensitive and everything pretty much either breaks me out or cause redness on my skin. I also have rosacea. I will create a video of my skin routine sometime in June, but I will probably have one each month since each month I kinda change a little bit and adjust. If I'm breaking out too much I do the DIY Turmeric face mask more often or combine with other masks. And lately since i'm turning 40 this July I am using more things for anti-aging. I love the DIY banana face mask I have on my channel for firming and antiaging. However mostly the things i list on this comment are the things that I do more often for my skin regime. heeey so I am twenty nd began noticing a fine line on my forhead it's not so clear no one can see it but I do when I am around good lighting nd when I look really close. so that made me interested in natural masks. I just tried the egg white mask but ugh I think it made my forhead more dry ..so I dunno what do u suggest shall I keep using the egg white is it normal to have this result at first or should I try this egg yolk mask? nd how long does it take for that annoying fine line to dissappear? do u have other suggestions? Hi yes I just turned 39 and I do use all the tips on my channel for many years. I decided to share with people, because it does work and makes me so happy to hear it's helping so many people like it has helped me. The Egg White mask is amazing, but it can be a little drying on the skin, depending on your skin type, that's why I always suggest to follow up with a moisturizer after the mask or alternate with the Egg Yolk mask. Since you have a tendency for dry skin the Egg Yolk Mask may be a better match for you, since it's a moisturizing mask. It does help to smooth fine lines. Another amazing mask that I highly suggest you try it out. It's the Turmeric Mask. The Turmeric mask also helps with fine lines and it does work on the skin DNA to avoid new ones. Another great thing to try is Olive Oil. I also have been using Olive oil for many years to remove makeup and as a nighttime treatment. I have a lot of other amazing masks on my channel, but try these ones out and see what works best for you and always feel free to ask any questions :).
