My evolis dualy is leaving a line on a
Card how can I remove it. I have cleaned the machine bt the line is still there

If your cards are printing with a solid-white line running the length of the card, and you have performed the cleaning demonstrated in this video, then you almost certainly have a scratched or failing print-head. The only fix at this point is to replace the print-head, available at our webstore: www.safecardid.com/store , or from another authorized Evolis dealer.
