    Invest in the financial markets before retiring by diversifying across assets, allocating a small portion of your portfolio, staying updated on market trends, and considering long-term holding to balance risk and growth.

      People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

      Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

      Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

      Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things

    Ganito lang naman sa akin. I will sell some of the shares that I have to lock in gains and leave some for the dividends. If it goes down again, buy again ; if it doesn't go down, meron pa ibang good companies at a good price to buy and earn dividends. Adopt ko yung nadinig ko from Bill Ackman, he is a value investor but he brings a hair dryer to speed up the process. The bottom line, whether one would sell all of their AREIT shares or some of it or none of it, it boils down to our mental disposition that would seem right in ones current disposition and psychology. It is a matter of portfolio management.

    Sell Areit and buy other Reit like RCR and CREIT.. same parin nman na dividend investing. . Kumbaga ginamit mo yung gain sa Ariet para mkabili ng mas maraming share sa ibang REITs. . What do you think sir.???

    • @thepinoyboomer
      @thepinoyboomer Před měsícem

      This is my same reasoning. I have sold some of my AREIT shares and left some for the dividends. I am using the gains to buy RCR and CREIT so that I build a dividend portfolio that will pay every month.

    If you’re gain is 30-35% that is worth 5 years gain at 5-6% div rate (tax free). Base sa Mp2 yan na calculation and reference.
