Ingredients:

4 egg whites
100 g sugar
150 g almonds
½ tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
Cream:
4 egg yolks
150 g heavy cream (here 35%)
75 g sugar
½ tsp. almond extract
140 g butter (room temperature)
Coating:
200 g milk chocolate
1 tbsp. coconut or sunflower oil
60 g Daim candies
