I saw police cars like these parked at specific places just to catch the tourist's eyes!!! people came to take pictures with the cops so when they go back to their country's they talk about it and say oh wow!!!! Btw Dubai is a very small city you can drive all around the city in less than an hour from uptown to downtown, and the 2 big highways they have always jam traffic bumper to bumper no need for Lambo's n Ferrari's!!!
