Yeah the stock sound they used in gtav was based on this siren. It’s the RDS17 built by Ontario company D&R Electronics. Because it’s a local company many departments in Ontario opt for it.
The wail and the yelp Siren Reminds of the GTA V Sheriff SUV Granger Siren.

Yes, I think they are a reflective tape
Toronto police cars have very efficient & quality sirens, the navigator lightbar is nice and bright but the turning lights at the corners are strange. I think that a full led bar would be better. But anyway the officers can be happy with the materiel. 😊
