My buddy and I did a lap around this course while we were on a trail ride 2 or 3 weeks ago, I don't even think this video adequately shows how gnarly the course is ( and it looks plenty rough in this video!!!) It was just constantly gnarly, very little flowy sections and some very tricky little rock gardens! When we rode it, it was also covered by leaves so that added another level of trickiness to it. It was oddly fun in kind of a demented, torturous way! Excellent video and extreme respect for you and all the guys and girls who rode that course!

Yes it was a pretty gnarly course, I think what made this race even more complicated was the humidity and heat that day… it was like 90 degrees and like 99% humidity… I won’t forget that race… normally heat doesn’t get to me, but that heat and humidity really started to take a toll on me
@@Bimmere I can't even imagine what it was like in the heat! I did the 2019 Mohawk Hare Scramble, that one was pretty brutal too....those HVMC guys know how to make a challenging course that's for sure. Id like to start doing some more NETRA events, maybe Ill see you at one!
@@Bimmere I just sold my 701 enduro yesterday, headed to pick up a used fe350 tomorrow... already did NETRA membership etc... If all goes well I'll run Sportsman class at the back of the pack soon and try it out. I think Satan's Playground was the first one I was looking at but if it all falls into place I'll do one sooner than that
Yeah, that one hill that was long was rough especially towards the end of the race, about 12” of power with all types of rocks hidden under it… that course was rough with the added heat and humidity it whooped my ass!!

What class are you in? I just got my NETRA membership and looking at events, trying to gauge how fast the different classes are.

From 2021 and older is c vet and or c 250
