Ralsei's abilities are kind of sweeping and overpowered, especially if you count the ending where he knocks out a fully revitalized king from far away. Can't help but be a little creepy, I feel. :P

When Ralsei started singing his lullaby, it reminded me of a certain character...with...the ability to bring people to sleep. Especially when his eyes did...that at 1:09. While scrolling through the comments, you said you wanted to portray his powers in a cartoonish way....wait this has become really long. I have to stop typing 😓
I kinda just threw everything at the board at once for this one. The voice effects/whisper overdubs, a visualization from earthbound (I think I went with the Ghost of Starman fight?) and the eye sprite edit, yeah. Just to make it absurdly, over-the-top obvious that Ralsei was upset enough that his diplomacy got blocked to do his worst. (complete with Susie responding "no fair!" after she just broke the rules of battle herself seconds earlier.)
I like how you implemented lines from the original Lancer theme.
