We can know accurately three tense means we can speak English without fearly . Sentence all are read ,all are understand, all are think ,but not speak correctly I say the above the sentence all are understand means all are very well speak to English. And writing language , speaking language we can accurately understand means all grammar rules is we can understand accurately first weekend analyse speaking language and writing language after we can easily learn the English language or any other language.
