Dude u should move to the south with us... literally everyone in the past 3 years has moved here from Cali, NY and more cities from the North...i know my state Tennessee is overcrowded and im sure the other southern states are which its cool... everyone is welcome but we just don't want them to bring the reason they moved here...we like it the way it is here...we got the city life or the country life, whichever floats your boat and ppl here are cool, pretty dangerous in some parts of course but we take care of each other and have a good time
As usual it’s another banger from Church, still to this day I blast it lol Get crunk af when this comes on lol as far as the Confederate Flag goes, or “Stars and Bars”, in my eyes it’s jus like a logo for sports teams. Like for me ima die hard Alabama fan, the script “A” is the logo, same thing for the flag, it’s our logo for bein from the south, and a deeper meaning that I view of it is: the red represents the blood of Christ, the white border represents the protection from God, and the blue “x” represents the Christian Cross of Saint Andrew; the 1st disciple of Jesus Christ and the patron saint of Scotland, and the 13 stars represents the 13 states that succeeded from the Union. Now this is not the official or original definition of the what the flag represents. It still ain’t a symbol of hate or racism, that’s the bottom line. So it’s 100% misunderstood by those who “hate” or find it “offensive” these days. What most think it reps racism and hate, but it’s not. Yes it was the flag of the south for the Confederacy, but didn’t represent slavery or hate. It was adopted by various radical groups, and the KKK is the most prominent one. KKK is hate and slavery and they adopted it for their flag. But the views of the KKK and Confederacy are not the same. As far as the OG view it or feel about, it has absolutely NOTHIN to do with slavery or hate. It reps the south and southern heritage. I live in Deep South East Alabama, and it’s not a big deal at all to any race of Americans here. I don’t like to call them black or African Americans. They’re Americans. I don’t get called a German American(my ancestors were from Germany, waaaaaay back when) most think we have a lot of separation of color or a lot of racism here. But we don’t, Ive seen more racism in “Yankee” states than here. It doesn’t matter ur skin color or anything. We all hangout together as 1 people. Now we may not dress the same way or stuff like that but it doesn’t matter to either of us. Idk how many BBQs, reunions, parties ect ect that was organized or put on by black/brown folks. Imagine my red neck ass walkin into a black friends family reunion or bigg bbq, uncomfortable right? No not at all, vice versa.im dead serious. Don’t get me wrong I’m not sayin their is zero racism. Every batch of apples has a few bad ones. I’ve also seen and heard a lot of people that come from “yankee” states it’s totally diff than in their part of the country and didn’t expect the bonds or friendships to be as strong as they are. How it’s normal to see a guy like my self I’m my lifted loud “redneck” truck with me bein the only white in my truck with 3-4 black/brown folk. Same goes for black/brown as well. We are 1 people. We get a baaaaad rap in the south. When truly anyone can come and see the truth.9
The flag actually has nothing to do with racism but unfortunately hate groups picked it up and tarnished the true purpose….. The flag was created in the early 1920’s as the flag of “a lost cause” Daughters of fallen soldiers designed it in remembrance of their forgotten fathers and Grandfathers that lost their life in the Civil War. So it was meant as no hate, just homage to family members that lost their lives fighting in a tragic war and period in American History. I’m mixed Cherokee, Black & Irish( one hell of a combo🤣). And me and plenty of my black cousins and friends have no problems with it. I understand where the confusion comes but most people that support it have no hate in their heart!

There's no such thing as the Confederate flag. Yes, I can explain!
Red white blue. Redneck. White skin. Blue collar just means unity where we're from. Even down in Oklahoma. Everyone is family.
