The way I look at history is we grew from horses , wagons ,trains to automobiles. We should be grateful for what we have. It wasn’t easy in the past but now we have it much better than my Parents had. They had a one car home . I had a one TV home . Now there TV’s in every home. Be thankful for what you have. And even in that movie she wasn't very good she was carried by other great actors like the late Patrick Swayze and a young Demi Moore. People also seem to forget she was briefly married to Ted Danson. Her and Ted did a certain magazine cover where Ted was in blackface. It was Whoopie's idea to do it too.
Well, since her real name is Caryn Elaine Johnson, I think her entire public life is a lie. I think she chose the name "Goldberg" to appropriate the Jewish people's identity. I, of course do not know for sure but, she is now famous for yelling at other people for "pretending" to be what they are not...and here she is the poster girl/woman/other for doing the same thing. No wonder she is a democrat.
My ancestors came to this great country from Ireland. They were peasant farmers who had nothing but one suitcase full of some clothes and a few treasured items. One of these items is a rosary with beads made of ancient stones from the Emerald Isle herself. Every time I look at them, I remember the persecution and hardships my family endured so I could have a life in America. I am blessed and honored to be an American. I would never want to be anything else, or from any other background.
