MATCH OF THE SEASON. BUT how on earth did spurs almost equalise twice with 9 men vs Chelsea, whilst offside trapping them for the whole second half vs a spurs side with 3 of their 4 first team defenders off... Chelsea never looked comfortable and couldn't break down a side with 9 men until the 95th minute... shambles, game should've been killed off way earlier especially with the pace of Chelsea's wingers, jackson missed so many sitters...

To anyone saying Tottenham were the better team: Their only goal was deflected, Caicedo scored and was very harshly disallowed, Sterling was dribbling into the box whenever he wanted and Palmer was top all game. Also, saying “it’s only 9 men” is ridiculous. They were playing with 9 men because they made terrible challenges. Romeros’ slide tackling in the box for god knows what reason, Udogie was lucky not to get sent off for that two foot and then wipes out Sterling when he’s on a yellow. Who’s fault is that? We scored 3 while Tottenham needed an own goal against 9man Liverpool!
Tottenham weren’t great they just held on. Chelsea on the other hand were struggling to break down a 9 man Tottenham team playing a high line. Chelsea won but they played crap

If Sterling doesn't have the awarness to pull away from Udogie's challenge, then that's his season gone from a broken leg. Them arguing he won the ball is irrelevant, it was a wild challenge that deserves scrutiny.
Just a shame about the reds though, it was shaping up to be an all time classic before the incidents, Chelsea were finding their feet in the game. Still memorable nonehteless.

Literally no one can complain about the referees decisions, Udogie should have been off after his first challenge, Romero could have been off fro kicking Colwill and the studs showing follow through on Enzo is also a red (look at curtis jones for liverpool and Gusto for chelsea, bothe the same and both given reds) Ref officiated a heated game well and in the end all decisions were correct (offsides and all) About time we started praising the refs when they use technology to get things right
