    That was brilliant. Such an exquisite , creative fabric business. I recall the smell of freshly waxed Adire. I can almost smell it from here. Does the indigo still stain or is the die used these days different from the die pits of Kano?

    ooo I want all those stacks. stacks and stacks of Adire. so beautiful and Afrikan. thank you VG for that insight. I just pray they not polluting their rivers too much with all them dyes and other chemicals. you know how western-styled businesses are. excessively unnatural. all about the profit with little consideration for anything else. many times it winds up not being worth all that effort and "profit", when you look at the big picture. what good is it to make all that money but not be able to drink you own water or enjoy your coastal areas? they always sellin Us lies and dreams. hopefully not in this case. peace to Nigeria. out

      No, they're not. There's no river anywhere close to where Adire is made
