@@oivindification Good to know. I first saw it done in Konopiště, so I thought it originated from there, because it really isn't a Finnish thing. Some Finns have done it occasionally, but it is an adopted custom.

Why does BW’s shirt say Disc Golf Team? Disc Golf isn’t a team sport. A disc selling team yes, but not an actual team sport where the players scores depend on their teammates overall score
Team is not just the players, it's everyone who works on the same side, so that includes the coach, assistants, etc.
You already have one reply, but I want to add that there is world team championships where countries are playing against each other. This is an annual event that has been played for quite a long time.
Estonia is the reigning world champion. USA was 7th.
Some countries have national club championships as well. For example in Finland there are tens of clubs competing who is the best club in the country. They play different formats in 3 days I think.
Just before European Open they play Presidents Cup between USA and Europe. It has quite a long tradition.
Also manufacturers have teams and team captains. Elite team, ambassador team, street team, champion team etc. For example Uli is a team captain for Discraft and Sexton is a team captain for Innova. They also gather together with the team.
Lot of individual sports have teams.

Thats what commetary is usually if you doing it right. Tell us what we can see. What do you want them to tell you? Next week weather? 😂
@@Masta82 You're both right. So maybe cut those repetitions down to half and it would be perfect. Sometimes it takes too long to say all those things, we're still hearing it when the next player throws.
Even with these comments, the commentary is better than many of Jomez's productions. So it's like 9,5 already, but it could easily go up to 10/10 :)
@@Masta82 I don’t need to watch a hyzer flip up the middle then be told that he threw a hysterectomy (had to leave that in there) hyzer flip up the middle. Instead- reward a good shot with out telling me what it did every foot of the way. Tell me how he “perfectly formed a hyzer flip up to flat and absolutely parked it inside of C1” I don’t need to hear, “oh the disc flipped up to the right and held the angle like it should’ve have for such a good amount of time and then the disc skip off the grass and even got a little roll at the end of the flight after it hit the ground to go from 10 feet short of the basket to right inside of 3 feet” - nope. I don’t need you to say what we just saw, say how extremely good the shot was and he perfected what he was aiming for.
@@johandennefors Jerm and Uli do this in a weird way. They just assume how they think every shot that they see it gonna be, they know how good or bad a shot is every time and tell us if he was 3 feet to the left it would’ve been perfect.. awesome thanks for the news. We see it. Tell me how good they dialed in what they were aiming for.
