I think he sometimes just adds Holmes and Renethal for the meme.

That first game was insane, must have been a crazy rollercoaster of emotions for the opponent lmfao
I completely lost it when he got rewarded for the absolutely horrible play of going Symphony on 5 with the plan of playing Steamcleaner, not only he discovered the only good Symphony for the situation he also drew the only good one later with Azshara in hand, plus the sheer disrespect to the enemy Rivendare
and he still almost lost because he refused to play Sargeras' board clear

@@rajkanishu shuffling symphonies into your deck is good even if you're planning to steam clean because it thickens your deck so you draw less plagues, and thus can afford to build up more in your deck before cleaning it
The way trump talked about the deck in the intro reminded me of a car salesman “You’ve seen this model before, you’ve driven it before, your daddy owned one before, heck you’ve owned one before. But this time it’s even better, this time it’s got Sirius XM radio Built IN!!!”
As oon as I saw Helya, I knew that Steamcleaner/ETC would and should be everywhere. Working against Rivendare is an added bonus
Yeah, existence of Steamcleaner makes me think that Plague DK will need an alternate wincon. You either run Rivendare and wait until after Steamcleaner, or you just run something like Astalor/Lorthemar.

100%. I also thought you weren't supposed to concede in the theorycraft stream.
Dude saw a 12 attack minion and thought "Damn. I must be totally dead." But after his hero power, he had 54 health and his opponent would have had 4. Trump could only heal 2 known health on his turn, 5 with the siphon and 6 with the holy guy if he spent 4 on it, but HAD to play for board, so he needed to put up a taunt to protect against that hero power or else he would lose the race. Taelan could have done some work, but that druid still had 5 cards to work with.
@@maxinesenior596 Actually up to his concede I still put him as favored. Maybe they expected the warlock to have so much more heal that it discouraged them but that just goes to show that you should leave your emotions at the door

@@Icetea-2000 Nah, the druid is mostly dead in hand/deck. He's got innervate, nourish, embrace, lifebinder's and groovy cat as his remaining cards, plus one card I'm not sure about.
He's not dead dead, but he's reliant on lifebinder's or yogg's prison to RNG a win.

Great to see one card counter an entire class archetype. Lmao. Reminds me of playing skulking geist vs jade druid.
Except skulking gheist destroys all idols, including the ones that start in the deck, while you have to wait for every single plague card to be played before cleaning or else you're still facing the inevitability of the damage. If you drop cleaner goo early you don't counter the deck, you just slow the damage down a little.
@@eewweeppkk except is usually used to contradict. It's still one card hard counter and to even more archetype/combos than geist was. Plus running geist was a hundred times more commitment and opportunity cost than ETC. It matters not that it's not a 100% counter if it's like a 95% counter

Viper in E.T.C. lulz. The thing has tradable Trump. If you don't need it you can cycle it, there are much better options for that E.T.C. slot.
On the bright side tradeable tag means viper is safe choice in matchups where you don’t need any of 3 tech cards

The Steamcleaner in the first game was nice
Must be fun to make a whole deck around putting cards in your opponents deck just to have a legendary that literally wipes your whole concept.
Except it's a rare card not a legendary and it's been around a while, so anyone who thought a deck with cards shuffling into the opponent's was viable is as stupid as your comment.
Even more fun since Steamcleaner's a rare. So if the DK deck became popular people can run two copies of it and even f2p can afford the dust for it. ETC just means you don't suffer the penalty of having a useless tech card in other matchups.
With Rivendare already being a thing thats sometimes played and now with the addition of Plague I see no reason to not run ETC with Steamcleaner in every non-aggro deck.

Hearthstone has really power crept to the point where even a free 6/4 of stats every turn isn't fast or good enough for a turn 9 play..
