The whole concept of Notre Dame was perfect..visionary and soundwise...such an inspiring snubbe...loved the book as well...the part on arbetsförmedlingen was pure gold...
Such great news! Thank you Mr. Snowy! You know your channel is what I most watch/listen to on youtubes.. Love how much content you share here! Keep up the GREAT work and all the best!
A classic album. That takes me back to the early 2000's when I discovered Notre Dame and played it over and over. I needed to get each and every song ever released! Hearing the never released volume 2, Vaudeville le Devil, would be so great!
Absolutely unique mix of Black Metal, Gothic, Hard Rock and retro-horror! And the refferences to classics like Priest and Manowar put a smile on my face. I always felt like Notre Dame was aiming for the "underground cult" status instead of the "stars". And Cult it became!
I own all the Notre Dame albums and also the VHS. They all rule!! Thanks for the upload. My fav Notre Dame song is beyond doubt A Sleighride Through Transylvanian Winterland. Cheers!!
yes, i need to be heard. Snowy, Vol 1: Le Theatre Du Vampire is the album that influenced me the most, beacuse it showed me that some borderds are so thick and meaningless. Дядька, после первого прослушивания я не мог слезь с этого альбома лет-таки пять. And still I consider this album to be on top the greatest rock album ever to be released on this planet. And this and abbatoir du noir are the things my car plays for me almost daily.
I still remember hearing (and watching) Booffon Bloodu Booffon song and video for the first time back in 99/00's. I was impressed by the song (and the video, for that matter) immediately. So different, so theatrical and classic, sinister, but still with humor. The riff, the sound of the guitars. And that great drum beat, sound and performance, so punishing and harsh. Amazing stuff! My only thought was that I needed to know more about this band. That was my introduction work, sir. And I've been a fan ever since. Finding out later what an amazing drummer you are too. With so much personality in your sound and playing, I have to ask you man, did you play drums on this album? Because it seems so. Anyway, thanks for the great music/work.
Huge thanks!!!!

Listening to Notre Dame for the first time, well, that was a total revelation for me... so theatrical, lunatic and haunting!

Intresting to get your thoughts of the song writing process.
