This person is just misguiding people. Go for a second hand single owner car, which traveled below 20000 km or still low. Try to buy it in full cash or go for a loan to a nationalized bank where the interest rate is low. Before buying ensure that tyres, battery, and other necessities are in good condition. See that the car never had an accident. See that the car is only 1-2 years old from manufacturing year. That's it. Here you can also save on insurance to be paid yearly and low maintenance. Anyways it gives a good mileage too.
