Stepping is a classic dance it will never go out of style. It's been pass down from generation to generation in Chicago, and will never stop. Back in the day we called it bopping. Growing up in Chicago we all liked to bop.
I was born and raised in Chicago we stayed out late at night stepping and would get in a lot of trouble with our parents for being out late bopping on school nights.
Anyway, we enjoyed our childhood. And wouldn't change it for nothing.

The combo of Ty and Celeste is amazing. They have so many different ways of out shining the pack. To me, they were just simply. Jordan and Pippen. Everyone else keep striving. The Real 1.

I am so loving this especially the older couple in the pink and brown it looks like they won wallkiing back when I first started stepping in 2004 the repost is from 2011.... They had on Grey light and dark they had on Fur hats just as sharp as they glide on clouds when they dance they look always.... The are awesomely wonderful to watch.....

Imagine being a kid doing this. This classic dance bopping (stepping) was passed down from one generation to the next generation and it don't stop in Chicago.
Bopping will never go out of style.
I can't tell you how many whippings I got for staying out late bopping on a school night when I was a teen, but I will say many.
Growing up in Chicago was fun. The good out weighted the bad.

They dont sell these dvds anymore. Greed has taken over. How can you sell a DVD and not have the participants get paid also? Not unless they signed a waiver this is illegal. not to mention, they had to pay to participate. Pimpin 101.

I'm from chi been stepping since 1975, they don't step to the music , no matter what song or how fast or slow they step st the same speed, ( to damn fast )
Sometimes they step to one instrument 🎸 🎷 or to the words or maybe to the Melody in the song. This is why stepping is such a classic dance that will never go out of style
