@@shannonblanks5868 Sorry for the late response, didn't see it until now, but if you're still wondering I believe yes you can hook up a rumbler to this siren, I think with almost any siren you could.
On the back of the siren controller, there is a small hole with a button in it. You need to get a pen or something like that to press it. While you're on tone 1 hit the button until you get the tone you like. Same with Tone 2 and 3. To change what tones play when you hit manual while on Tone 1 2 or 3, you have to hold down the manual button and press the button. Same goes with MAN1 and MAN2.

Worst Siren Of All Time. I Hate It So Much, Worst Tones Ever, Sounds Like Garbage & Needs To Be Got Rid Of Permanently + Never Made Ever Again.
IMHO the worst siren ever made was from Motorola. Sounded like a cow in heat.
