Starfield NG+ Starborn Cora Coe

Started NG+ 5th, and when I walked into the Lodge the Emissary is there with a bunch of Spacers. The Emissary in this version is Cora Coe and she is hunting a version of me that killed her father. When I tell her I didn't kill Sam she gives me all of the Artifacts. Went back to the Lodge later and she was still there. Not sure what happened to constellation.
