茅根15克 15g imperatae (fresh/dried)
紅蘿蔔200克 200g Carrots
馬蹄300克(已脫皮) 300g Water chestnut (peeled)
清水3公升 3L water

請問用罐頭馬蹄得唔得? 另外我在外國只能買到乾貨,驚一包唔夠味,可唔可以加啲蘋果,雪梨? 另外可唔可以用高壓煲來煲? 如果可以要煲幾耐?
你好👋罐頭馬蹄都可以,但甜味不足。外國買到的乾貨,可以加多兩條紅蘿蔔切片,30克薏仁,喜歡蘋果或雪梨都可以加入一齊煲的,都係清熱潤肺的茶飲,高壓煲需然快速,對燜食物是好好用,但煲湯水我都係喜歡慢火煲,效果會適合些!謝謝支持👍😊❤️
