Make this no fuss and straight forward Chicken & Peanut sauce and thank me later.
INGREDIENTS
Half a Chicken or 1 kg of Chicken Thighs
1 tinned Chopped Tomatoes
150g of crushed roasted Peanuts or 2 tablespoonfuls of Peanut Butter
2 large chopped Onions
2-3 tablespoonfuls of Buy Ndudu Xorla BBQ Rub
1 levelled tablespoon of Buy Ndudu All purpose Holy Grail Spice blend
Salt to taste
