- I recently spent some time in Madeira island, which is part of Portugal. Whilst there, I found a popular trail on the All Trails application which took me to the Portela Viewpoint. Here's how I got on. Highly recommend this one if you get the chance!

How do the Speedgoat 5s feel after a very long run, say marathon plus?
I did a 32 mile ultra 2 days ago and to be honest my feet were a bit sore... Not sure if it's because I forgot to put some kind of balm or anti-chaffing agent on them but they definitely weren't great. It's weird though because they feel so comfortable to wear and run in during the run itself but afterwards was a bit painful.
@@runningcafe1 I've had mine for a little while now. I think the insoles are rubbish so I've swapped them for some Asics one which are much better.
