Loving your content, Kim! These tassels are fantastic, and what an absolutely cool idea to use old glue caps instead of bead caps! I adore recycling anything to make art out of, and over the years I've developed an eye for possibilities. My hubby and I have a standing joke - I say, "I wonder if I could make art out of that..." and he replies with a resounding "NO!" which I take as a challenge to prove him wrong!!
I'm currently making a series of cloth bags and neck purses from fabric scraps and upcycled clothing, and embellished with broken jewellery. Tassels and fringes are the finishing touches so it's lovely to come across videos like yours which are so full of ideas! I also make albums and these kinds of embellishments will work well for those too. Thanks so much for sharing - new subscriber!

Love your tassels with using the glue stick tops, Beautiful 😊. Last week I’ve transformed my tissue box in a storage container as you showed us, worked out nicely. And I made lots of yarn spools too. Thank you for your inspiration

For the cap, it would have looked neater & more finished to wrap a fabric square or circle around it from the top, tuck it under the cap and glue and then wrap the sparkles around it. It looks a little ??? The way it is, at least what I think I’m seeing. But I so appreciate your tutorial . I was trying to figure out how to make these with the enormous stash of fabric scraps I have. This now helps me feel confident that I can do this! 😍🙏🏽📿

Wow Kim, I was so excited to see how you made the tops of the tassels thank you for showing exactly how to wrap the wire around I’ve not been able to figure that part out and now, well, I’m so happy to try my own! Yes, a tut on making the charms would be very welcome, especially making the loop at the tops of them. Love the orange tassel, so beautiful, 🤩 they are all scrumptious anyway lol. What kind of attachment would you suggest putting on the top of the tassle to attach to my purse?
Hi, Im thinking if you take apart a lanyard or just tie on with a ribbon would probably work and give more interest. I would still put the eye hole at the top and feed the ribbon through it. Happy creating!
