For me, warpaint has an intense connection with friendship, love support, and confidence. This band represents the bond I have with two of my closest friends. We grew up as young adult women listening to your music, going to every one of your shows in Buenos Aires, and listening to your music at home while creating memories. Seeing one of these shows immortalized in this video means so much to me since both of them are living abroad. Have they ever submitted their stuff for a grammy? I've recently found that you have to actually be a member and submit your music to be considered for a grammy. If they've never submitted it, they wouldn't win one. Of course, to be a member of the grammys is a paid subscription haha

A chance encounter in a random bar in Los Feliz almost 15 years ago led me to discovering this band. I immediately fell in love with Jenny, and anyone who has ever seen her in person can relate. Been a fan ever since. Sadly, the one chance I had to see them here in Palm Springs I was out of town on business. Listening to KCRW tonight and this song played and I remembered why I love this band. Subtle, sublime, with a sound no one else can master. Keep it up, girls!

I got to see this kick ass band several years back opening for depeche mode and what a show they opened up with. so much talent and camaraderie going on here, you can feel the love of this band the way they engage with one another..they have such a lush vocal sound, well recorded production, just waiting for them to explode one day, such talents need to be heard out there....
