It's depands on the local & Politians 😒
What your reporter failed to investigate or deliberately left out, was the fact that in many areas where these wind farms were granted permits, there was a forest fire before that. Last year we almost lost our house to a fire in an area where a month later was granted permits for a wind farm. So I guess the difficult legislation that exists in the country gets resolved by setting the place on fire. We have lost ancient forests in order to put up these wind farms. I guess though the urgent need to invest in renewables that are required to save our planet have a prerequisite of destroying the ery same planet first. Let’s face it the environment is a big business that’s hot at the moment and people’s livelihoods mean nothing to the big companies that have invested billions.
Green energy is the cheaper than fossil energy and nuclear power plants. We need green energy. But we must watch that we save animals and plants.
I am for green energy transition. But corporations in Greece need to spend more time to respect it's nature. Greece can't lose all it's special wildlife and Europe's rarest birds just because of incompetent people at the top. Sorry, but be more strict and not just think of money and transition without any respect to important matters.
What is wrong with all those paid comments?
they will get a loan from Europe
Greece grows faster than Germany 🫵🏼😂
Green energy will result in cheaper energy bills than using fossil fuels, which will be kinder to the environment, which is a no brainer.
