It depends on which harbour in Bali you are taking the boat from. I took it from Padang Bai (most boats start from here) and it took a little over an hour to Gili T.
You will see it advertised everywhere in Gili. And they will usually quote a higher price- be sure to haggle to less than half of what they initially quote :)

They are both very different kind of places. Gili is about party and fun vibes. Nusa is about beautiful locales. Choose whatever suits your mood.

Bro, how did you manage to snorkel though not being a hardcore swimmer? 😂 I too want to snorkel, but I too don't know swimming.
Not knowing swimming is definitely a disadvantage, but using life jackets you can easily float on the water and ser the views
