I like to think that without Kurama, Naruto might end up pushing Sage mode to its real limits. The form we see Vs Pain was extremely rudimentary, despite being “perfect sage mode” & I don’t see why we can’t see Naruto push it to its limits by doing things like collecting massive amounts of nature energy or by being so in tune with nature energy or so sensitive to it that he can collect it while in motion.
I like that development because sage mode always felt not fleshed out enough for me

Sage mode that Naruto had was some of the BEST ever seen in Naruto ever. Like ever ever. By the pain fight.

I think people tend to forget just how insanely powerful sage mode Naruto and pain were at that time. Like top 10 strongest characters in the history of that planet lol. Full stop.
I think people are deluding themsleves to think he's going to ever get another big power up again. That's going to make him anywhere near what he was.
Why? Because the entire point was to nerf him. So he wouldn't overshadow and outshine all the new characters and kill all tension like he's been doing all of Boruto.
@@bobdylan1968 true. but you also have to remember that he has the 6 paths sage mode which is even more powerful than the frog sage mode. Upon receiving it, he was able to spare with ten tails Madara for a bit even without going into karama mode. This until Madara absorbed the world tree. Now that karamas chakra is gone he has no nine tails mode, but he should still have access to. the 6 paths mode as he has the blessing of all 9 beasts and was given power by hagoromo.

Although Naruto had some of his incredible chakra reserves taken away, so if he becomes anywhere near as strong as hashirama I don't think it'll be through sheer power so much as smarter use of it.

We still don't know what happened to sasuke's old set of eyes so he could technically have the rinnegan, sakura can also give sasuke an arm made of hashirama cells and then he can have a Rinnegan too
Death of Kurama to this day is mind boggling to me. He explicitly said in the absolute end of Shippuden that Tailed beasts cannot really die because they possess so much chakra that they will just eventually reincarnate as the little ones we saw in war arc. Not to mention that Naruto should still a small but important portion of other tailed beasts chakra. Not to mention(2): who is now the "leader" among the remaining Tailed beasts since they would comunicate through Naruto with Kurama being the overseer. Kishimoto wanted to put a wrench in the boruto story and he damn right succeded.

Well in Baryon's case it's "special", the jinchuriki didn't die but the beast die.
Yes they cannot die because they have chakra, but you seem to be forgetting the consequences of using baryon mode was that the chakra would be destroyed. Kurama can't reincarnate if all of his chakra is destroyed. Remember tailed beasts are made up of chakra.
1: kurama died casue he used up every bit of his chakra so that naruto wouldnt die
2: why would naruto even have a small bit of kuramas chakra left
3: my guess either son goku or gyuki
@@Jaxv3r it’s not that special. Kushina didn’t die from losing the Nine Tails, she died from being turned into a ring. And I forget Hashirama’s wife’s name but she survived for 10 years after losing Kurama. The Uzumaki are what’s special in that case, not Baryon mode
Naruto, without Kurama's chakra cloak, now has his speed massively reduced...which to me means NOW is the time for him to learn the signature jutsu of his father, Flying Raijin. Imagine FTG combined with increases in Sage Mode and Frog Kumite.
Also, Hiruzen literally simultaneously sealed the reanimated 1st and 2nd Hokages, along with Orochimaru's arms. That's where I think the exchange is not necessarily equivalent, as that would imply that Hiruzen had the combined chakra of Hashirama + Tobirama + a significant portion of Orochimaru (hell, Hiruzen was also dying at the time after a significant chakra expenditure, as he was stabbed by Orochimaru's sword).
I really wish that, seeing how every enemy now can absorb ninjutsu, Naruto and the village as a whole would focus on mastering Taijutsu, like Lee teaching Naruto how to open gates. Don't know if it's possible, but Eight Gates + Sage mode sounds really cool

i know naruto is considered 'out of time' at the moment in kawakis dimention, lets just assume he is inside his own time bubble(with hinata - but we can forget about that part), sitting very still for what could be to him many many possibly hundreds if not thousands of years, the amount of senju chakra he could be mixing with his own while being stationary would be insane, he is going to be soooo overpowered when he gets out and i actually think kawaki knows this too.
nah sage chakra doesn’t work like that. If he just keeps absorbing it perpetually he would first start looking like a frog (like jiriya) and then turn to stone

What you explained is basically the entire character arc of Naruto. He was prophesized to be the child of peace. This would fit that perfectly. This would be a fitting end for his character.

I think he already fulfilled this prophecy in shippuden by putting an end to the 4th great ninja war and bringing peace.
The show is now centered around boruto and his prophecy.
If it wasn't for plot reasons, Naruto and Sasuke could, according to the way the Rinnegan is awaken, have traded cells (blood, a piece of skin, whatever) and awakened the Rinnegan on both of their eyes. If Sasuke still has a bit of six paths chakra he could even get his tomoe Rinnegan back, who knows 🤷🏻

The writers wouldn’t remove his Rinnegan from the equation just to hand it to him on a silver platter again. That’s just not how things work. His Rinnegan is gone for good and you could argue for a necessary cause.

The Divine Tree is the Ten-Tails, they’re two different forms of the same creature… Kaguya ate the chakra fruit and that pissed off the Divine Tree, so it changed forms and went on a rampage; Kaguya actually had to defeat it and absorb it. At least, that’s what I recall from Hagoromo’s explanation.
Tbh I cannot see it overwhelming Naruto. Not only did he overcome and transform the nine tails but his sense of self is so strong it’s unlikely to ever be able to break him. It only broke obito because he had been rejecting himself for decades and even he eventually overpowered the ten tails.
I think it's important to remember Hiruzen didn't just take Orchimaru's arms, he also took the 1st and 2nd hokage.

@@peacemaker4829 the third hokage used the reaper death seal on them , Orochimaru had to basically release them in shippuden when he took sasuke to meet them and that is why the 1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th hokage came back becuase minato used the reaper death seal as well and basically sealed himself

So while Kishimoto forgetting isn't unheard of, I think he actually does explain that what happened with Kurama was distinctly different. What we typically have seen in Shippuden is the extraction of a tailed beast from their host, with the beast being just ripped right out of them. Kurama though had his chakra get obliterated and evaporated away due to powering Banyon mode. This distinction of extracting the tailed beast forcibly out of their seal, versus their chakra just dissipating, is why I think Kurama made the distinction to Naruto, and also why I think Naruto was able to survive.
Anyway, this is my favorite ending! This would be some incredible thematic resolution for Naruto's story.
All uzumaki survive losing Kurama. Kushina died from becoming jewelry, and Hashirama’s wife lived for another 10 years
@@Crying2Death Close, but not quite. All full-blooded Uzumaki that we've survive losing Kurama under normal circumstances. We've seen Mito survive, like you mentioned, but that's it. Kushina we can assume would have survived if she wasn't a donut, but with how drained she was between being speared, childbirth, and having Kurama extracted, we just can't know for sure.
What we do know for sure though, is that Naruto began to die the moment Madara extracted Kurama during the War Arc, and only survived because Obito restored the missing Kurama chakra before Naruto completely died, and on top of that he still needed intervention from Ninja Sky Jesus.
So yeah, Uzumaki have the potential to survive the extraction of Kurama, but saying, "all uzumaki survive losing Kurama" just isn't quite accurate.
On top of all of that, in none of those examples did the Jinchuriki lose Kurama in the same way that Naruto does in Boruto. Mito, Kushina, and War-Arc Naruto all had Kurama chakra extracted from their seals, taking the chakra out of their bodies and bringing it either into the world or into something like the Gedo Statue. Whereas on the other hand, with Banyon Mode, Kurama states that his chakra is literally destroyed by the process smashing their chakras together to fuel the Banyon state.
This is actually a really plausible outcome. I can also see like how you said Naruto using part of the ten tails to recreate Kurama but then passing him on to Boruto. Like symbolic passing the torch and then that would appease the whole “it’s boruto’s show now” camp
I always loved the idea of Naruto transition to a sealing Jutsu user. He has the blood of the most broken sealers on the verse and he never explored his heritage. I sensual way for Naruto to become super op again without asspulls is True mastery of Sage+ Uzamaki sealing jutsu

I'm late to watching this, but I loved it. I do believe naruto would merge with the ten tails, becoming the sage of the six path (guardian of earth) and wander the planet like hagoromo did to unite the entire planet with love like his predecessor wanted to and leave Boruto as the new hokage

Well kurama did explain the difference between an extraction and baryon mode....so I do nt think kishi forgot what was established....Additionally, madura awakened the rinnesharigan due to the fact that he perfectly synced with kaguya (having both halves of hagoromo chakara as well as having all 9 tailed beasts sealed within the gedo statue)
Yeah I think there's a big difference between having your tailed beast extracted forcefully and having it fade away like Kurama did.
i think the reason madara awakened the rinnesharingan is because he absorbed the god tree. the original plan for him was to have to god tree bloom and reflect off the moon, but after he absorbed it, he awakened the rinnesharingan and did it himself

it's been 23 years and still counting and i still love Naruto.
In the Boruto manga, Boruto has struggled with Momoshiki trying to take over his body. The Ōtsutsuki alien, however, gave up the opportunity to use the boy as a full-blown vessel after Kawaki harnessed his new Karma mark and mortally wounded Boruto to destroy the villain. It caused Momoshiki to download his DNA into Boruto prematurely before the takeover process could be completed naturally, which meant that while Momoshiki could never own the human's frame, his soul would still remain inside -- akin to how Kurama was stored in Naruto. So I think it's safe to say Momoshiki will nolonger be a looming threat

I really enjoyed how knowledgeable you were about the things that have happened and how you used that to create what to me would be the saving grace for the Boruto series. I am a Naruto fan and I really want to like Boruto but the story has been subpar. I really hope they go anywhere in this direction with Boruto.
Definitely wanna see Naruto break through and take Sage mode to a whole new level. Or tap into Sealing more. Also, I need more Sage Beasts in general
He could do both, tap into his Uzumaki heritage and go beyond with Sage Mode.
If I remember right, it wasn't that Hiruzen didn't completely seal Orochimaru because of a lack of chakra, but because he was his student and still saw the bright child when he looked at him. I do remember that he was already exhausted during this part, so it's possible that he wouldn't have been able to completely seal Orochimaru away, but I think it's more prominent that he didn't want to kill his own student, so he resolved to take away his arms rather than his life.

By the end of the fight Hiruzen had gotten over that fear, and was ready to take Orochimaru with him. However, due to Orochimaru having the grass sword come back and stab Hiruzen and his lack of chakra, he wasn't able to complete the seal.
Nah hiruzen kinda did spare him but not really. Hiruzens intent was to seal orochimaru fully but instead he sealed his hands and also sealed hashirama and tobirama.
Oh and if im wrong he actually sealed orochimarus arms and the first second and fourth hokage.

what i hate in the war is that, Naruto got all the powers which are completely temporary.

Naruto's mother survived tailed beast extraction so its not unnatural that he would survive too, specially when the tailed beast was already extracted. I think its more of a Uzumaki thing than just a plot armor thing
Would really like to see a “What if?” About Naruto actually using his hashirama cells and sage mode. I’m sure Sakura could medically figure out how to enhance Naruto’s connection to the cells using more of shin. Imagine Naruto whipping out a wood style jutsu along with the toads. I feel like the ten tails would just make Naruto to strong an make the show about him even more.

It’s highly doubtful that Naruto will become the 10 tails Jinchuriki because in order to seal a 10 tails you have to have a Rinnegan to use the 10 Tails Coffin Seal or maybe Six Paths Chakra but Naruto lost it when Kurama died.
But I did like the theory though!

The ten tails has a will of its own. Something ab the previous themes in the show makes me think that they have the wrong idea and naruto gets to talk to the ten tails if he becomes the jinchuruki

could naruto technically do baryon mode with sage chakra? He could use sage chakra in the same way he used karams and he wouldn’t be limited to a set amount since sage chakra is infinite (i think). And if the chakra has to be sealed inside of him first he can do what sakura and tsunade does with the 100 healing and seal the chakra so he can later collide it with his. I would say he couldn't do this due to the fact that Naruto can't pull in Sage Chakra like Jugo to make it even last more then a few seconds but the thing you bring up with the 100 healings seal might just work. Naruto can’t control the amount of sage energy unless he is still or else he may pull in to much. but in baryon mode it constantly uses the chakra which to me means he can move while pulling in sage chakra but not have to worry about the side affects like turning into a frog. If you watch dbz its kinda like how goku used ssjb to counter the kia o ken. (that might be a poor example but that is kinda what inspired this idea for me) But if the amount of energy is still the problem thats when the 100 sealings could come in so any over flow of energy could just be stored. And it would help with his regeneration too since he could use the energy from the 100 sealing the same way sakura could. It might not get him to the same level he used to be in but he would definitely be top tier.

i'd imagine he could do something similar with nature chakra but it wouldn't be an infinite thing for two reasons first is he'll be clashing his own chakra with natures which will burn out his without someone else putting more of their own up first aka like kurama most likely did and two sage mode requires you to be still to generate it so even with shadow clones helping i don't think he'll be able to pull enough nature chakra fast enough to replenish the burning amount of chakra needed to do such an act but i could be wrong.

Naruto has difficulty making sure that he doesn’t pull in to much chakra meaning he will already be pulling in more chakra than the amount he has. (atleast thats how i remember it but i could definitely be wrong lol). But if he is consistently clashing and burning the sage chakra then it wouldn’t overwhelm him. But if drawing the chakra is a problem thats when the 100 healing seal could come in. He could store nature energy in the seal and he could do ALLOT of it to. i dont think theres a limit to how much can be stored which is why i like the idea of him using it so much. But even if there is a limit, he could use the seal to control the amount of sage chakra he is using and can perfect baryon mode. Again i could be wrong and more than likely am but i atleast wanted to share my thoughts on it
When the akaskie forcefully removed the taild beasts the hosts died but kuram wasn't removed he just used all of his chakra. Now when you completely deplete your chakra to 0% you die. Kurama used a loophole to keep naruto alive by using all of his chakra first befor naruto used all of his. So naruto still had some of his chakra left when the fight ended. Thats just my theory 🤷♂️
I think that Kawaki will be next jinjuriki for ten tails.let me explain as in start we saw that Kawaki had a rod same as hagoromo, madara & Obito,so maybe instead of Kawaki code will be eaten by ten tail so to stop it you gonna seal it and there are only two people who have that much space,Boruto & Kawaki (Because otsūtsuki ishiki was going to be sealed in Kawaki so in him space was made & in Boruto momoshiki is sealed which more than Naruto because otsūtsuki are more powerful than kurama)but Boruto have momoshiki sealed in him so Kawaki is left but who is gonna seal ten tail? It was explained why Naruto didn't die. Kurama wasn't removed/extracted, it literally ceased to exist, as all of its chakra was consumed via the mode - e.g. annihilated.

It's a known fact that Hiruzen couldn't master Sage mode also even tho we don't know enough about animals and how they use chakra but I'd say not every animals can use sage chakra as dog ninjas aren't as strong as Toad ninjas

I always interpreted it as Haguromo ascended *because* he became Sage of the Six Paths. I could be wrong, that's just how I always thought of it. Regardless, I like this theory. I think it's one of your best, and may be one of the best theories on a way forward for the apologue.

Naruto is essentially a subject of Chekhov's gun. Naruto was given polar particles( polar particles literally gave Hagaromo a buff. Could Naruto have been experiencing a delayed effect from not being half Otsutsuki?) Naruto was made an empty vessel(the ten tails are gonna inevitably have to be reformed back into a singular entity if anyone wants a chakra fruit). Naruto was placed frozen still in a dimension where there is potentially nature energy everywhere(what affect will the daikokuten dimension have on Naruto and Hinata's body other than preserving them in the moment they were placed there). An example of Chekhov's Gun is an unimportant gun being shown in chapter 1, only to be used later in the story. Naruto is the "gun," potentially. You don't set multiple things(concepts) up like this unless you plan on using them later. Unless Kishimoto makes a statement that says otherwise, I don’t believe for a second he has absolutely zero plans for Naruto( and no, I'm not saying Naruto will be the strongest, so don't try to interpret what I'm saying as that).

You forgot the cycle of samsara that everyone and all the chakra beast are included in as well as no other tailed beast sacrificed (as we know of) their self for their host. Just to add the 9 tails may be the only one with this ability (baryon mode) and may not be the only tailed beast that can sacrifice themself. In meaning that if Baryon mode is a mode that the other tailed beasts can use maybe it will kill only the jinchuriki or both. A tailed beast achieving enlightenment and sacrificing themselves for their host is maybe the only true way their lives can end and they can go to the pure lands.
It would be really cool to see these modes, and to see naruto get stronger. But with kishimoto’s attitude, I don’t think it’s going to happen. I’ve watched naruto, watched boruto, and stopped watching boruto due to the fact that it’s leaving the main plot of ninjas behind. Seeing boruto float in the air really changed my views, he’s getting too strong too fast, Kishimoto isint patient. I started watching one piece though and I can say I love it, and oda as an amazing author. Kishimoto talks about retiring, a lot. Kishimoto doesn’t seem like he’s going to try and reboot naruto, but time skip boruto as soon as possible and end it with him and kawaki loosing their arms. It’s sad, I miss watching naruto and have thought of rewatching it. I miss the akatsuki and the god level plot of madara, óbito and the entire war arc, it was so good and I haven’t seen anything that has come close to its level since. I suppose we just can’t control what Kishimoto does.

The difference between having your tailed beast pulled out and your tailed beast doing something like barion mode is like erasing a mistake with the writing part by ripping out you'll damage the paper vs using the eraser.
Naruto doesn't die when Kurama fades with the Baryon mode because he contains a small portion of all of the other Tailed Beasts. He taps into their chakra to form change the Rasengan. Naturo also has a more perfected Sage Mode called the the Wisdom of Age Sage Mode, as he's adapted to using sage mode without Kurama.
It's a bit strange how Kurama can be strongest tailed beast, even after sealing half of chakra in Minato. Also it means that Naruto never had an entirety of Kurama.

I don’t think Kishimoto “forgot” to kill Naruto. Most other jinchirikis died from having their TB extracted or some other way. No other jinchirikis lost theirs the way Naruto lost his, so it could argued that that when a TB dies inside of their jinchirikis they leave a small amount of chakra that keeps the jinchiriki alive.
