Ppl think we got robbed, should have placed, ddnt place because we were 3rd to compete, looks similar to other sets we did in the past which i find hilarious, haters, lovers. Whatever we dont care. to be honestly we just wanted to entertain and contribute to the table. Were just honored to be finally performing in vibe and ofcourse just that joyful moment to be dancing with the fam on stage... Not even "my crew" but they DEFF deserved to place. They were ridiculous, killer theme, transitions, levels, choreo...I wanna cry this is so good. People like these give me the motivation to move out to Cali one day! Love from Florida :)

If you're talking about their set, absolutely not and If you talking about their style of dancing style, yes their style is still the same and thats what unique about them, they also have their own style of dancing. Cookies, GRV and the company have been doing the same style every year or every time they perform but with a different theme.

I still think it is originated from them and as long as didn't bite it from other crew and no matter what competition or show you are in, as long as you pleases the crowd and the "judges", there's nothing wrong using the same piece. Hint. GRV WOD 2010 to Bodyrock 2010; they used the same piece but it was upgraded and still placed.
OccipitantX cookies are old news now. They had their fair share. This is beyond amazing and new. Just because cookies is you fav crew doesn't mean they're gonna win every single competition they're in or be the "best" every single time.

Most visual pleasing piece ever!!! Damn. That was too good. The theme and concept was spot on. I was fully entertain throughout the whole routine. CDF deserve to be place for sure.
WORLD OF DANCE brought me here. And the fact that the most recent comment is from 2 years ago only proves my point below. Because I'm a World of Dance (the competition) fan, I decided to watch the show, because I knew it wasn't going to be a generic version of SYTYCD. As expected, one after another, titans of the dance world, artists that I've admired from afar, took the stage: Les Twins, Jabawockeez, Fik-shun, Keone & Mari, Ian Eastwood, Kinjaz...acts that have made a name for themselves. Immediately, I knew this show was going to be chockfull of talent. But, I knew that I couldn't just stop at watching the acts that they broadcasted on television. I went to the website and found Chapkis Dance Family's full clip. WOWOWOWOWOWOWWOWOW! How did they NOT broadcast the entire performance on the show? EVERYONE should've been introduced to CDF's range on Tuesday and I'm disappointed that I had to take the extra step to visit the website myself to find out what CDF is made of. At least they made it to the qualifiers. This performance blew me away. I can't wait to see what else they have in store!
I hadn't watched previous vibe competitions so didn't know what the typical "style" so to speak, of each crew was so when i watched this year's vibe i was just comparing current performances. I found u guys were absolutely great. Great energy amazing coordination and formations and simply sooo sooo fly. Do not think cookies deserved the win, cause having a contemp background i found it was way too contemp to be hip hop. And yes today hip hop has become a fusion but keeping some pure hip hop characteristics in the fusion should be compulsory to be considered in the hip hop category. So congrats to you guys for doing this, great choreo inspiration & solid hip hop.

(No disrespect to The Company. the set they did was dope too) but the level changes, transitions, theme, energy & cleanliness of this set for me deserves recognition. Either way kudos to the choreographer & the whole dance crew. that was ridiculous!
Chapkis is one of the groups I actually enjoy watching. Cookies takes it for me but Chapkis is a close second in my opinion. They move well as a group.
Who would down vote this video/dance? I usually dislike this large of a dance group. I feel like it is & looks like too many people/dancers. Feels cluttered. However, this is the 2nd video of this particular dance group I've watched tonight & they do a spectacular job with the number of dancers they have. Definitely a fan. I can see why they won Dance World competition. The choreography, the pictures they make with their smooth transitions from formations to formations, their synchronicity, all of it very intricate.
I just noticed that at 1:04, the guy in the back of the people fighting (I'm pretty sure it's Melvin) is moving like a character being played by a beginner, just jumping and hitting nothing.

And yes today hip hop has become a fusion but keeping some pure hip hop characteristics in the fusion should be compulsory to be considered in the hip hop category.
