Just wondering, has this judicial commission of enquiry been considered? If not, why??? We are in a critical moment as a nation of which this should be a priority at the least! Especially when it seems legal audit trail can be established. My understanding is action can be taken when there is hard evidence to support an accusation. I'm sure if those responsible were held accountable and assets frozen, a majority of the finance bill would be taken care of with change to spare! Why are people dragging their feet? Where is humanity?!

A smarter course of action would be to hire an international corruption audit firm, let them do a thorough investigation, & trace the stolen money.
Then arrest, prosecute, & jail the thieves, & claw back the stolen funds.
