    Marocy should not have traded off his Ne4 for the Nc3; instead he could have gone f5 & Nd7-f6 reinforcing the N on e4. Alekhine’s counter in the center & constant pressure was a textbook example of how to take advantage of an underdeveloped opponent with center & kingside pawn weaknesses.

    Andrew Tates father was a master tactician. My personal favorite Emory Tate if your not familiar is worth watching or a video.

      Yeah, he was great. I used to play him quite a bit in the old ICC days. He had a nice plus score against me, lol.
