I've NEVER seen a tornado proclaim itself to be an EF4 before!!!! Amazing: 3:57
It not only proclaimed its strength, it was heard stating that it was more powerful than God.
Should there be designated safe zones for storm chasers to operate from during tornado outbreaks?
Do tornadoes have safe zones?
1:31 bro that’s so scary and crazy
Or it sent a golf ball towards the camera man.
In 20 adult years of watching Tornado clips, this has got to be one of the best I have ever seen, well done all, well done.
You're so calm while you're chasing and you capture such amazing footage. Makes for a real pleasure to watch.
Are storm chasers providing valuable data for research purposes, or are they unnecessarily putting themselves and others in danger?
young men always feel they are immortal
@@rosofficesolutionsinc1572 I think that started in the mid-90's on those late night do or dare shows. Riding bikes on top of houses and falling, jumping over cars and spinning their butts on the hoods! Stuff like that.
It’s mind blowing to see the power of a huge 🌪️. Thank you and I pray you stay safe. 🙏🏾
Vision 68 they provide a valuable service: a lot of the stuff they get they turn over to the NWS.
They also are well known for stopping to help people after they've been hit.
Next question?
3:04 that is some crazy rotation.
Seriously. That is Pampa 1995 drill-bit levels of rapid.
The devastation caused by the tornado prompts questions about the effectiveness of emergency response systems. Are they adequate?
@@visiontv68 I am undeniably curious to learn how a siren may be expected to reduce a tornado's damage.
I thought it was time lapse at first until I saw the foreground moving at normal speed.
@@Asterra2it's not meant to reduce damage only alert people to get to shelter. It's not like a hurricane where you get 2-4 days in advance.
Man that was a huge violent tornado
Should stricter regulations be imposed on storm chasers to prevent them from getting too close to dangerous tornadoes?
@@visiontv68 nah they do it at there own risk and they know the cost.
@@visiontv68 They don't care, maybe their that close of becoming Homeless!
I saw this right after a chase with men screaming their heads off every word they said, this was so much better. Thank you for letting us take it all in without the overblown commentary.
Your footage is always incredible! Wow great work. Prayers and thoughts to those impacted in Greenfield. Really no words can express. Again, Great Work, amazing chase!
The economic impact of tornado damage is significant. Are relief efforts sufficient to support affected communities?
Definitely appreciate the calm demeanour in an insane situation. Love Reed, he’s a GOAT but the screaming is too much.
Are we adequately funding scientific research to develop better tornado forecasting models and technologies?
And just like that it is gone. Dissolved. Vanished. That always amazes me. Thank you for sharing this amazing, impressive footage with us.
So is the town.😢
Absolutely incredible footage. This storm was a real beast. The damage in Greenfield looks dreadful. Another violent May tornado.
The footage from Iowa prompts discussions about the role of social media in disseminating real-time information during disasters.
Another vanishing. Weather warfare 😔
God be with those in the path.
The risks associated with close-range tornado interception raise ethical questions. Are storm chasers exploiting natural disasters for personal gain?
AMEN 🙏🏾 AMEN 🙏🏻AMEN 🙏🏾AMEN 🙏🏻
LORD YOU’RE WORTHY TO BE PRAISE🙏🏼
@@visiontv68 Are you asking this question on CZcams in 2024, now?
@@visiontv68 you are all over this comment section asking bullshit questions, are you studying for a project or something lmfao.
Everyone is talking about Reed's crazy drone footage but oh my goodness. I'm not sure it beats this. Incredible video. Great work
Some of the best close up footage I’ve ever seen. Stay safe.
Should there be more stringent licensing requirements for storm chasers to ensure they have the necessary skills and training?
@@visiontv68 You can't possibly enforce people driving in their own cars on public roads in areas with a little wind.
@@gtaxmods agree! They are doing this at their own risk, unless employeed by someone like a TV station. Tim Samaras was one of the most cautious storm chasers I know, and he still was killed in the El Reno tornado when it took a quick odd turn and caught them off guard. These guys on this video could have had the same thing happen. They know the risks.
Wonderful ending! 🙌🏾 No yelling and not a control freak. 👍🏾
So are you referring to another storm chaser?
@@Kiomanche 🫢 I’m just going to subscribe to this channel and be good.👍🏾
@Kiomanche - He's probably referring to the "NOW!!!" attitude in the beginning. Dude is definitely on a power trip. Totally arrogant and uneducated.
When following a tornado, or any similar storm EVER, you're never safe because you see the tornado in front of you. Many times one can be in back of you and not be visible. Tornadoes jump also. They can vanish and be 50 feet behind you or on top of you. "We're Ok guys." Definitely a false sense of security multiplied by arrogance.
@@Kiomanche Not gonna mention any names but his initials are Reed Timmer.
@@mmabagain 😄
These guys are insane being that close. Tornadoes can turn in any direction.
Don’t be a poo-c
They knew what they were doing.
Don’t be a poosee
@@BenieTheDragon - That's just ignorant. You cannot predict what any storm will do, especially one that spawns tornadoes. No 2 storms are alike. Ever.
Are we desensitized to the dangers of tornadoes due to their frequent portrayal in movies and media?
They are beautiful but my heart hurts for the people of Iowa.
Oh come on! Don't be a wimp. 🙂
The footage of the tornado in Iowa is awe-inspiring, but should media outlets be airing such potentially distressing content?
Drama queens
@@visiontv68What a naïve, controlling thing to say.
@@wapiti3750 my opinion.
"The wonder of nature baby!" Absolutely stunning
i live in corning iowa just 8 miles from Carbon. These tornados on tuesday were BAD. the worst ive seen in my 25 years in Iowa. Thank you for being on the ground and following this storm. Its chasers like you that were able to give our small town the proper warnings due to the NWS dropping the ball and not giving proper information for us to stay safe. Please stay safe and keep up the fantastic work.
WOW! I MEAN WOW! Sorry for yelling but I have NEVER seen such incredible footage of a tornado! Great job guys! Please stay safe! ⛈️🌬️🌪️
NICE WORK FELLAS! YOU GUYS HAVE SOME BIG UNS!!!
How can we strike a balance between the public's right to know and the potential harm caused by sharing graphic tornado footage?
Amazing video shot by you. What about the aftermath of this twister? My heart bleeds for the victims of Iowa who lost their homes etc. Imagine their agony & bleak future. In this transcient world, no techlology can stop the nature's fury.
The economic impact of tornado damage is significant. Are relief efforts sufficient to support affected communities?

Here in France, my 6 year old asked me "what is a tornado ?". Your video came up near the top of search results, and I couldn't dream of anything better for her to get an idea of what a tornado is like. Thanks a lot !

"a bow" at the end...then just dissolving into thin air! 🌪️
Incredible footage.
Thank you

Should there be stricter penalties for storm chasers who put themselves and others in harm's way unnecessarily?

The footage of the tornado in Iowa is captivating, but should media outlets be airing such potentially distressing content?
Multiple people died in the town of Greenfield Iowa that took a direct hit from this tornado. Pray for all. I used to live down in this area as a child. Tornado went right through the middle of the town. Likely EF3 rated. Moved fast.
Another vanishing.
NWS upgraded to EF4 ydy.

Unbelievable!!!!
The best footage I ever see of these beasts is 'drone' footage. If you don't have one yet, I suggest you step up.
Thanks for the upload! Awesome day.
Amazing.
I moved from CA to OK three years ago and remember all the out-of staters their saying they really feared earthquakes. Tornadoes sure as hell scare me more due to their frequency.

That's NO tornado...that's just a wee-lil' dust devil!
Terrifyingly beautiful!
That thing is a beast! I would have to change my shorts
Debris was registered at over 30,000 feet... I know sod all about tornado's so I presume that is normal like, but I had no idea they could do such. Thing was a beast. Condolences to those whose lost their homes and livelihoods, wont be an easy time, at least it is summer.

3:01-3:16 drillbit tornado. That's violent.
MASSIVE cone tornado! Under my perspective, the tornado left at least high-end EF3 to EF4 damage.
The close-range tornado footage from Iowa is breathtaking, but should individuals be risking their lives to capture such extreme events?
That and the Greenfield tornado were some of the most violent and incredible-looking tornadoes this year
Should there be stricter regulations on storm chasers to prevent them from getting dangerously close to tornadoes?
Incredibly 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 with the use of large telescopic zoom camera lenses mounted in storm chaser vehicles.
Great capture, guys! Dang, those power lines make me nervous.... What would it take for the power companies to put them on the leeward side of the road? LOL!!! I guess they don't want to electrocute the poor little crops. Easier picking them up off the road, right?!
I WAS AN HOUR AWAY FROM THIS!!
